 free of charge.  Two local residents will be speaking for and against 
 Measure Q. \nFor Measure Q is Dr. Brian Rees\, a San Luis Obispo Count
 y physician.  \nAgainst Measure Q will be Bill Furtick\, former head o
 f the FAO\, Food and Agriculture Organization of the UN.\nOne of the q
 uestions to be discussed is that of local versus global control of agr
 icultural policies.  The public is invited to participate in this disc
 ussion.
