Measure Q Discussion

A discussion on Measure Q as a global issue will take place on Tuesday, Oct, 26 from 6:30-8:30 at Meadow Park Community Building, Meadow and South St., San Luis Obispo. The public is invited free of charge. Two local residents will be speaking for and against Measure Q. For Measure Q is Dr. Brian Rees, a San Luis Obispo County physician. Against Measure Q will be Bill Furtick, former head of the FAO, Food and Agriculture Organization of the UN. One of the questions to be discussed is that of local versus global control of agricultural policies. The public is invited to participate in this discussion.
